SV Prestige Auto Sdn Bhd has officially expanded its dealership footprint in the Klang Valley with the opening of its new Isuzu Integrated 4S Centre in Balakong, reinforcing its commitment to delivering a higher standard of customer care and service excellence.
The latest Isuzu 4S Centre offers a complete range of in-house services, including sales of new Isuzu vehicles, after-sales support, spare parts, and a certified body repair and paint (B&P) facility, providing customers with a seamless one-stop ownership experience.
Strategically located fronting the Kajang Dispersal Link Highway, the Balakong outlet becomes the third dealer-owned and operated integrated Isuzu 4S facility within the Klang Valley. The centre was officially opened by Isuzu Malaysia Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Tomoyuki Yamaguchi, underscoring Isuzu Malaysia’s continued focus on strengthening customer confidence and peace of mind.
“The opening of this new Isuzu 4S Centre featuring a modern, integrated facility reflects our ongoing effort to ensure that Isuzu vehicle ownership remains a truly positive experience,” said Mr. Yamaguchi. “By offering a complete range of vehicle care services under one roof, customers can be assured of convenient and comprehensive quality care for their Isuzu vehicles.”
Designed in accordance with the latest Isuzu Corporate Identity (CI) standards, the new facility occupies a prominent light industrial lot and showcases the full line-up of Isuzu D-Max pick-up trucks and Isuzu Commercial Trucks. The showroom features two pick-up display units, allowing customers to experience the vehicles first-hand, select specifications and colours through paper-free digital palettes, and explore the D-Max’s off-road capabilities and advanced safety technologies via a Virtual Reality simulator.
The service centre is capable of handling up to six vehicles simultaneously, enabling efficient and timely servicing. To ensure strict quality control, the centre is equipped with an in-house wheel alignment system and a full-sized paint booth, allowing accident repairs to be performed entirely on site.
The Body & Paint Centre is currently recognised by major automotive insurance providers and is on the panel of five leading insurance companies in Malaysia. Approval to carry out heavy accident repairs is pending, with the necessary equipment and technician training already in place.

The SV Prestige Auto Isuzu 4S Centre is located at Lot 1917-B, Jalan KPB 7, Kawasan Perindustrian Kampung Baru Balakong. Together with its Isuzu 3S Centre in Puchong, the SV Prestige Auto showroom operates daily, while service operations are available from Monday to Saturday.
